I completed over 3,200 hours of comprehensive clinical and theoretical training at Five Branches University, then traveled to Hangzhou and Shenyang in China and Daejeon in Korea, to learn from other practitioners and observe Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques in local hospitals. Additionally, through my doctoral program (DAOM), I trained extensively in pain management, women's health, menopausal symptoms, sports medicine, orthopedics, post-operative recovery, Tui-Na massage, and nutrition. I now specialize in pain management and treat my patients with the most comfortable and effective combinations of various styles of acupuncture, such as Korean Sa-Am Acupuncture, Tung's Acupuncture, Kiiko Style Acupuncture, Balance Method Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture and 8 Constitution Acupuncture.

Acupuncture driven depression treatment: a noninvasive approach with acupuncture and oriental medication. By Bahman Zohuri and Christian Kim.
In Oriental Medicine, 'healing" refers to preventive medicine and aims to cultivate the mind and body. Therefore, my practice focuses on a healthy and happy life and psychological and emotional healing. In addition to utilizing acupuncture and herbal medicine in my practice, I also spend time educating my patients on healthy practices for daily life such as diaphragmatic breathing, healthy food selection, mental balance, meditation and more.
I have experienced first-hand healing through oriental medicine and recognize the need for that healing in our community. My hope is that everyone can experience the power and compassion of oriental medicine.
